Volunteer Opportunities

The Cougar Club needs your help supporting the athletes at Apex High School. Below is a list of the volunteer opportunities available. Without volunteers, the Apex Cougar Club could not fulfill its mission of financially supporting Apex athletics.

Sports Concession Stand, Food Pickup and Patron Parking Signups

It is the responsibility of the teams to provide volunteers to work the concession stands. Teams can be financially penalized if the concession stand is closed due to a lack of volunteers.  We suggest that if you are a parent of Varsity athlete please volunteer for a spot during a JV game.  JV parents please volunteer for a Varsity match.  If every parent volunteers JUST ONCE a season, all spots will be filled.

We use SignUpGenius to manage most of our volunteer activities as do many other groups here at Apex High School.  Please consider creating an account in SignUpGenius that includes a valid email address and your mobile phone number.  It makes it easier to volunteer next time as well for us to keep you updated should an event be cancelled or rescheduled.
