Here is the 2010-2011 Apex Cougar Club Signup Form (or in PDF format)

This form isused to purchase Individual, Family, Benefactor, and Gold Cougar memberships.

A membership entitles you to one or more sports passes that are good for almost all of the home games for all Apex High School athletic events. The passes are good for the entire school year's competitions - for all the sports listed on the right. The only exceptions are the several endowment games per year which require everyone who wishes to attend to pay at the entrance. Tri-9 and State playoff games are not covered by these passes.

Individual: $50
One All-Sports Pass

Family: $150
All-Sports Passes for up to five family members;
One Parking Pass for Home Varsity Football Games

Benefactor: $250

Gold: $750

As shown above, to attend all sporting events held at Apex High School each year would cost over $510 per person at the gate. (we didn't mention all the other JV sports besides football).
