Who We Are

The Apex Cougar Club is a volunteer organization dedicated to the spirit and financial support of the Student-Athletes of the Apex High School system. Our goal is for our children to have the very best facilities, equipment, protection and opportunities. In order to provide the best for our athletes, the Apex Cougar Club raises approximately 60% of the annual athletic budget at Apex High School.

Our Mission

The Apex Cougar Club is a fundraising organization - 501(c)(3) that supports the annual budget presented by the Apex High School Athletic Director.

The various activities we use to raise this money involve a great deal of work, but we have a good time accomplishing our goals.

We are a fundraising group and cannot and will not become involved with any decisions made by the Administration or Athletic Department concerning activities at Apex High School.

In addition to the annual budget, the Cougar Club has raised funds for facility maintenance, passenger vans, new fields, field renovation, resurfacing the track, coaches' clinics, gym and weight room renovations, field lighting and exterior storage buildings - just to name a few things!
